Applications for stipends for minorities begin on March 8. Applications are being accepted from students for stipends for minority, special needs, and ethnic groups. Students will have the opportunity to apply for this stipend till next Tuesday (March 7). Students will have to submit the application for these stipends to their respective educational institutions in the prescribed form within this time. The Department of Secondary and Higher Education has published two application forms for these stipends.
The school colleges have to submit the application to the regional office of the department by next Thursday (March 10). The Department of Secondary and Higher Education has issued an order to send applications for stipends to minority communities, special needs, and ethnic minorities. At the same time, two separate forms have been published for the students of the school and for the students of colleges and institutions of higher learning.
In the financial year 2021-2022, stipends will be given to minority communities, scheduled Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, armed forces, the disabled, autistic, and small ethnic groups. To this end, the students will collect the forms from the educational institutions and submit them to their respective institutions by March 7. Two forms have been published on the website of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education. Institution heads have been asked to collect the forms and distribute them among the students.
The head of the institution has to send the application form of the students in the prescribed form to get the stipend to the regional office of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education by March 10. Students of the 6th to 10th class can apply by filling up Form No. 1 to get these stipends. And students from class XI to postgraduate class have to apply by filling out Form No.-2. The department has asked the heads of the institutions to collect the application form for the stipend of the students and send it to the regional office within the stipulated time.
