To convert the text in the Word file, enter the MS Word Start menu and search by typing Snipping Tool. When the tool is turned on, click on the New button to select the text you want to take a screenshot of within the frame. To take a full-page screenshot, click on the Full-screen Snip option in the arrow next to the Mode menu of the Snipping Tool. However, if you want to take a picture of the desired part of the Free-form Snip from Mode, click on the right mouse button to determine the location. After selecting a place, leaving the mouse pointer will bring up a message to save the screenshot in a new window. Now select the JPG format from the Save as type dropdown menu and click on the Save button.
