Education Ministry’s new decision on 17th teacher registration. The 17th teacher registration exam is approaching. The NTRCA wants to conduct the exam in June this year. However, the Ministry of Education has taken a new decision regarding the registration test before the exam. The ministry wants to include two posts of assistant teacher (library and information science) and library lecturer in the registration test. The Ministry of Education has written to the Private Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) in this regard. As a result, the NTRCA will have to publish the notification for two subjects for the 17th registration test. The letter, sent on Wednesday, was signed by Anwarul Haque, deputy secretary of the Ministry of Education.
In the 17th Teacher Registration Examination 2020 conducted by the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA), the Ministry’s consent to accept applications separately by publishing supplementary notices for the posts of Assistant Teacher (Library and Information Science) and Library Lecturers for the purpose of inclusion of two posts of Assistant Teachers (Library and Information Science) and Library Lecturers only by publishing supplementary notices for the above mentioned 02 (two) posts. When asked, Deputy Secretary Anwarul Haque confirmed the letter and told the Bangladesh Journal that these two posts were not there earlier. It was later incorporated into the 2021 manpower structure. So the notification has to be published according to the manpower structure.
