Two days off for sixth graders of piloting in the new curriculum. Under the piloting program to implement the new curriculum, students of class VI in 62 educational institutions of the country will take two days off a week. However, the concerned institutions will continue to leave the students of all other classes as before. This was stated by Professor Mashiuzzaman, Member (Curriculum) of the National Curriculum and Curriculum Board (NCTB), at the inauguration of the piloting program for the new curriculum on Tuesday (February 22).

Earlier At Around 10 A.M. The Education Minister Inaugurated The Piloting Program Through Virtual Medium Dr. Deepu Mani. Deputy Minister of Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury was present. 62 educational institutions in the country, which started piloting, were connected through virtual means from the NCTB auditorium. At the inaugural function, Secretary of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education Md. Abu Bakr Siddiq and concerned senior officials were present. The government has decided to make a two-day weekly off from 2023 for all educational institutions in the country.
