The admission test of Jahangirnagar University will be in a short syllabus. Jahangirnagar University will have a short syllabus for the honors first-year admission test in 2021-22. Besides, the opportunity to take the test for the second time (second time) is still in force. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Education on February 24 (Thursday). Mujibur Rahman, a professor and chairman of the presiding committee of the statistics department, who took part in the meeting, confirmed the matter.

Professor Mujibur Rahman said that the Board of Education has decided to take the admission test based on the ‘short syllabus’ keeping in mind the students. The syllabus in which they have given examinations to the high school will be followed as much as possible. Motahar Hossain, general secretary of the JU Teachers’ Association and professor of the Institute of Business Administration, said the matter was included in the agenda of the academic council following a letter from the University Grants Commission. In today’s discussion, most of the members were in favor of giving the opportunity to take the test for the second time. So this decision was taken. Apart from the second time, the admission test system has also been discussed in the meeting of the Board of Education.
