MBBS first-year admission process starts today

MBBS’s first-year admission process starts today. The admission process for MBBS first year of 2021-22 has started in 36 government medical colleges in the country. The admission process will start today Sunday (May 6) and will continue till May 16. It is to be kindly drawn attention to the above issues and sources that the time-bound action plan for admission of local students in MBBS course in Government / Private Medical College in 2021-22 has been approved as per the instructions.

Admission to Government Medical College 2021-22 will start from 6th May and will continue till 16th May. Admission notification for private medical will be published on 18 June. The distribution of application forms will start on 21st June. The student admission process will continue from 14 July to 26 July.

Documents required for admission to government medical

1. Original copy (color print) of the MBBS admission test application is required.
2. The original admission form (color print) of the MBBS admission test application is required.
3. Original copy (color print copy of result) of the MBBS admission test is required.
4. Original academic transcript/mark sheet will be required for passing SSC or equivalent examination.
5. Original certificate of SSC or equivalent examination is required.
6. Original academic transcript / marksheet required for HSC or equivalent examination.
7. Original Certificate / Certificate of Appreciation will be required for passing HSC or equivalent examination.
8. In case of a claim of district quota, the original certificate of citizenship issued by the Mayor / Chairman of the local city corporation / Chairman of the Union Parishad / Ward Commissioner will be required.
9. Six copies of the newly taken passport size attested color photograph will be required.
10. Certificate of Circle Chief and Deputy Commissioner in case of tribal candidates of Hill District and Certificate of Circle Chief or Deputy Commissioner in case of non-tribal candidates. In the case of tribal candidates from other districts, the original certificate issued by the head of the tribe and the concerned deputy commissioner will be required.

11.a. In order to participate in the Great War of Liberation, a certificate signed by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister under the Muktijoddha Sangsad in Bangladesh from 1996-2001 or a certificate signed by the Minister / State Minister and Secretary after the formation of the Ministry of Freedom Fighters will be required.
B. In the case of candidates nominated in the Freedom Fighters Quota, the rules, and regulations issued by the Ministry of Freedom Fighters Affairs of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh dated 18/10/2022, will be followed.

1. In the case of students who have passed ‘O’ Level and ‘A-Level, the original number letter and certificate/commendation letter signed by the appropriate authority must be submitted for inspection. After collecting the admission form, filling it, and submitting the paperwork, the paperwork will be checked and selected and a health examination will be done. The health examination is a very common procedure. So there is no need to worry about it.
