Mashiuzzaman said that according to the general rules of the academic year, the ninth class activities of SSC / Dakhil and equivalent candidates of 2023 were supposed to start from January 1, 2021, and the activities of class XI of HSC / Alim and equivalent candidates were to start from July 1 of the same year. After the institution was closed for a long time in the Kovid situation, the direct class activities started only two days a week on September 12 last year.

SSC / Dakhil and equivalent candidates were deprived of direct teaching for almost 9 months in the ninth class. As a result, they are more likely to have learning disabilities.
