It has been decided to hold this year’s SSC-equivalent examination in mid-June and the HSC-equivalent examination in mid-August. This year (2022) there will be no examinations in SSC three and HSC two subjects. Besides, 45 marks will be taken in Science and 55 marks in Commerce and Humanities.

The duration of each test is fixed at 2 hours. These decisions were taken at an emergency meeting of the Inter-Education Coordination Board on Sunday (February 26) evening. This year also there is no selection test before SSC-equivalent and HSC-equivalent examinations. However, if any educational institution wants, it can take the preparatory test.

In this year’s SSC, ICT, Religious Education, and Bangladesh and World Identity and in HSC, ICT, and Bangladesh and World Identity will not be examined. This year there will be a total of 45 marks in each subject in the science department. Of these, three out of 6 creative questions have to be answered. Each question has to be answered with 10 to 30 numbers. Besides, you have to answer 15 objective questions, a total number of 15.

Examination number 55 will be taken in the humanities and commerce department. You have to answer 4 out of 11 creative questions. You have to answer 10 or 40 numbers in each. Besides, there will be impersonal question number 15. In the beginning, you have to answer the impersonal question, then you have to write the answer to the creative question. In all, the test time has been fixed at two hours.
