The second step is to publish the list of migration of medical colleges. The list of the second phase migration of the students admitted to the Government Medical College of the country in 2020-21 has been published. The list was released by the Department of Health Education on Tuesday (February 8). It is learned that this migration has been completed against 111 seats of MBBS.
Migration in 1st phase on the basis of published results of admission test in 1st-year MBBS course in government medical colleges in 2020-2021. And a total of 111 from the waiting list in government medical colleges were nominated for admission. Different colleges have been selected on the basis of their merit and preference and in view of the vacancy.
The Department of Health Education has asked the students who have been given the opportunity to migrate to the medical college to contact the office of the principal of their respective college immediately. From 12 to 23 February, the migration process, that is, all the formalities of admission to the college transferred from the current college must be completed. By filling up the provided migration form,
there will be an opportunity for 3rd migration in the medical college as per the rules. If the students who have migrated within the mentioned date fail to get admission, the scholarship from both colleges will be canceled.”Those who have been selected for admission from the waiting list are requested to contact the office of the principal of the selected medical college to complete the admission process.
The admission date is from 12 to 23 February. In case of admission, the terms of the admission notice published by this department will remain unchanged. The results of the waiting list and migration can be found on the website of the Department of Health Education (www.dgme.gov.bd) and the website of the Department of Health (www.dghs.gov.bd).
