Admission to Jagannath University on a merit basis is on 3rd March. Jagannath University (JU) has called for interviews for admission in the vacant seats of the first year of graduation in 2020-21 on the basis of merit. Subjects will be allotted subject to vacancies according to the merit of the students present in the interview. According to the merit order, the total number of vacant seats allotted for admission is 190. Of these, 161 are in A unit and 19 in B unit.

This information was given in a notification regarding admission on the official website of the university on Tuesday (March 1). Admitted students will be interviewed on March 3. Re-interviews are being invited to fill the existing vacancies in various departments of Jagannath University in the year 2020-2021 in Graduation (Honors) and BBA 1st year in ‘A’ Unit (Merit 752 to 12000) and in ‘B’ Unit (Merit 2517 to 3500) on merit basis. Subjects will be allotted subject to vacancies according to the merit of the students present in the interview. For the interview, you have to download the prescribed form from the website of the university and bring it.

The interview of the ‘A’ unit will be held on March 3 from 9 am to 2 pm in the central auditorium and the interview of the ‘B’ unit will be held on the same day from 9 am to 2 pm in the law department. The admission fee can be submitted for up to minutes. After that, classes for undergraduate (honors) and BBA 1st year students in 2020-2021 will start on March 8 at 11 am. To this end, the students have been asked to be present in their respective departments on time.
