MBBS admission test in December. The Department of Health Education wants to take the admission test for 2022-23 government-private medical colleges in the country next December. The officials of the department have also discussed this informally. Admission tests are planned to be held in December to overcome the shortage of coronavirus in medical education. If this year’s HSC and equivalent examinations are completed within the stipulated time, the medical admission test will be organized in December.

Corona is considering holding an admission test in December to fill the next learning gap. However, it is not final yet. The decision will be taken after the completion of HSC and equivalent examinations. Earlier, the medical admission test for April 1, 2021-22 was held. The test was conducted at 57 venues in 19 centers across the country. Among the centers were 16 medical and one dental college.

One lakh 43 thousand 915 students registered for the examination against a total of four thousand 350 seats in government medical colleges across the country. The number of students in Dhaka was 61,006. One lakh 39 thousand 640 people participated in this test. The examination books were evaluated under the supervision of experts from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET), and Dhaka University. The results of the admission test were published on April 5.
