Educational institutions are opening in Tripura tomorrow

The government of Tripura is opening educational institutions from tomorrow to reduce corona infection. This information was given by the state education minister Ratan Lal Nath. He said that all schools, colleges, and universities in the state from pre-primary to twelfth class will be opened as per the restrictions. On Saturday, detailed discussions were held with the secretary of the education department, two officials, and the health department.

After that, it was decided to open the educational institutions from there. Meanwhile, educational institutions have been declared closed in Bangladesh till February 8. No decision has been taken yet to extend the leave in the educational institution. However, Health Minister Zahid Malek said that the educational institutions are closed till the specified date. Until then, this decision will remain in force. “In the meantime, we will be able to discuss with the National Advisory Committee on Corona Control and decide whether to open or close the school,” he said.

The health minister said there was no reason to take Omicron lightly. Infections due to Omicron have increased 20 times and deaths 4 times. Schools are closed due to infection. But many parents are going to Cox’s Bazar or anywhere else with their children. It’s sad. The government has announced the closure of educational institutions on the 13th of this month due to the increase in corona infection.

The government has earlier issued 13-point restrictions to increase the incidence of the corona. The emphasis is on hygiene. Wearing masks outside the house is made compulsory.
