Google is turning off Lite mode in Chrome browser

Google is turning off Lite mode in the Chrome browser. Google is about to discontinue ‘Chrome Lite Mode’, a special feature of the mobile Chrome browser. Users will not get this feature from next month. In 2014, Google launched a data saver called Chrome Lite Mood in the mobile version. Google is about to discontinue this feature after eight long years. Chrome Lite works by diverting web pages through a Google server before downloading to the device. This way each page is optimized so that less data is required for the page to load faster.

But now Google thinks data saver is not necessary. Google has announced that the feature will be removed from Chrome on March 29. Chrome M100 will be released on the same day. This is basically the Chrome Support Manager. It will become an alternative to chrome light. According to Google, in the last few years, we have seen that the cost of mobile data has decreased in many countries. We’ve also made a number of changes to Chrome to reduce data usage and make web pages load faster. We promise that pages can be loaded quickly on mobile via Chrome, even if the light mode is canceled.
