primary schools Piloting activities will start next week. After more than two years, the piloting of government primary school teacher transfers will begin next week. Piloting of transfer activities will be inaugurated in Kaliakair Upazila of Gazipur. After that, all the teachers in the country will be transferred in phases. Director-General of the Department of Primary Education Alamgir Muhammad Mansurul Alam said, “After confirming the presence of the Liberation War Minister, the piloting program will be inaugurated next Tuesday or Wednesday.” Piloting will start in Kaliakair Upazila. State Minister for Primary and Mass Education will be present at the inaugural function. Liberation War Affairs Minister A. Kom Mozammel Haque will be present as the chief guest at the inaugural function. Ministers and state ministers will inaugurate the program.

Earlier, in a press conference on February 16 at the Secretariat on the opening of educational institutions, the Minister for Primary and Mass Education said that piloting of teacher transfers would begin in March. The Information Management Division (IMD) of the Department of Primary Education is responsible for conducting online primary teacher transfer activities. Initiatives were taken to introduce this service to alleviate the suffering of teachers.
