The dental admission application starts on 13th March. The Department of Health Education has taken a policy decision to start the application for admission in government-private dental colleges and dental units in 2021-22 from March 13. Dr. AKM Ahsan Habib said that it has been decided in principle to start the dental application from March 13. Admission notification will be published soon. Students who have passed both SSC and equivalent examinations in the previous three years of HSC pass and HSC or equivalent examinations in 2020 and 2021 including Physics, Chemistry, Biology can apply for admission. Must have GPA 3.5 in Biology in HSC or equivalent examination.
There will be 1-hour admission test for 100 MCQ questions of 100 marks. Physics 20, Chemistry 25, Biology 30, English 15 and General Knowledge, History of Bangladesh, and Liberation War will be MCQ number 10 in all. All Tribal (Plain and Hill District) SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations must have a total GPA of 8. However, if the GPA is less than 3.5 in any single test, it cannot be applied.
