Publication of final nomination of seven government colleges 2022. The final nominations for the first year 2020-21 graduation of seven government-affiliated colleges affiliated to Dhaka University (DU) have been published. Students nominated in the final list will pay the remaining amount of admission through 2nd installment from 18th February.
In the case of depositing the second installment, the deposit of the first installment will be adjusted automatically. Besides, if all goes well, the first-year classes of seven colleges will start from February 23, said the chairman of the computer science and engineering department of Dhaka University and the convener of the admission committee, Prof. Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman. He said the release of the final merit list on quota issues has been delayed a bit. We want to prepare the students for the class by compiling the list as soon as possible.
From 5th December to 20th December, the students who passed the admission test of the Faculty of Science, Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of seven colleges logged on to the Admissions website of Dhaka University and chose the college and the subject. College and subject allocation results will be given on the basis of students’ applications and results. Admission test of Commerce and Science faculties of seven colleges was held on November 5 and 6 last year and Arts and Social Sciences unit on November 16. The pass rate in the admission test in the Faculty of Commerce is about 63 percent, the pass rate in the Faculty of Science is 56.70 percent and the pass rate in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is 7.9 percent.
