MBBS admission test results in today. The results of the 2021-2022 MBBS admission test in government and private medical colleges across the country will be released on Tuesday (April 5) at 1 pm, the health ministry said. The results of the MBBS admission test for 2021-2022 will be announced on Tuesday at 1 pm in the meeting room of the old building of the health department in Mohakhali.
Students who pass the test will be notified of the results via text message. The results will also be available on the website of the Department of Health. A total of 1 lakh 43 thousand 630 candidates took the MCQ test of 100 number from 10 am to 11 am on that day. This year, a record number of admissions have taken place in the history of medical college admission tests. The total number of seats in government medical colleges across the country is four thousand 350. As such, more than 33 candidates are contesting for each seat. This time admission test has been held in 57 venues of 19 centers across the country. A total of 61,006 candidates have participated in 16 centers in the Dhaka metropolis.
In case of admission test results, GPA obtained in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination will be evaluated by determining it as 200 marks in total. In the admission test, 20 marks were given in Physics, 25 marks in Chemistry, 30 marks in Biology, 15 marks in English, and 10 marks in General Knowledge, History of Bangladesh, and Liberation War. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of a written test. Zero-point 25 will be deducted for each wrong answer in the test. In order to be successful in the written test, you have to get at least 40 out of 100 marks.
