Dhaka University admission Application to begin. The application process for the admission test in the first year of graduation in 2021-22 at Dhaka University is starting on Wednesday (April 20). Today at 3 pm in the administrative building of the university, Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury will inaugurate the online application and fee submission activities in the virtual classroom as the chief guest. Admitted students will be able to apply online till May 10. After applying online, admission tickets for the admission test can be downloaded from May 16 up to one hour before the start of the test. Like last time, this time also admission tests will be taken by setting up centers in the universities of eight divisional cities including Dhaka. This time the application fee for the admission test has been increased by Tk 350 to Tk 1,000, citing the reason for taking the test in the divisional city. For the same reason, the application fee was increased from Tk 200 to Tk 750 in 2020-21.
Admission test will be held on June 3 for C-unit of business education faculty, June 4 for B-unit of art faculty, June 10 for A-unit of science faculty, and June 11 for D-unit of social science faculty, and June 16 for F-unit of fine arts faculty. Units ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ will be tested from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. The admission test (general knowledge) for the ‘C’ unit will be from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Admission tests for ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ units will have an MCQ of 60 marks, and the written test of 40 marks. Only MCQ of 40 marks and a written test of 60 marks will be taken in the Unit F examination.
Units ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ have 45 minutes for the MCQ test and 45 minutes for the written test. Students will get 30 minutes for the MCQ test and 60 minutes for the written test of the ‘C’ unit.
