ইসলামী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রথম বর্ষের ক্লাস শুরু।চতুর্থ মেধা তালিকা ভর্তি শেষেও তিন ইউনিটে আরবী সাহিত্য ও চারুকলা বিভাগ বাদে এখনো ৪৬৮টি আসন খালি রয়েছে। রবিবার থেকে প্রকাশিত পঞ্চম মেধাতালিকা থেকে সাক্ষাৎকার অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সাক্ষাৎকার শেষে সোমবার শেষ হবে তাদের ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া। এরপরও আসন খালি থাকলে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রশাসন পরের ধাপ মেধা তালিকা প্রকাশ করবে বলে জানা গেছে। আগামী ২১ মার্চ থেকে ইসলামী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের (ইবি) ২০২০-২১ সালে প্রথম বর্ষ স্নাতক শ্রেণিতে ভর্তিকৃত শিক্ষার্থীদের ক্লাস শুরু হবে। শনিবার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভারপ্রাপ্ত রেজিস্ট্রার মু আতাউর রহমান স্বাক্ষরিত এক বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানা যায়।এদিকে প্রথম বর্ষের ক্লাস শুরুর তারিখ ঘোষণা করা হলেও শেষ হয়নি ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া।
First-year classes at The Islamic University begin.
