পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভর্তি পরীক্ষা তিন ধাপে হবে।এখন ভর্তি পরীক্ষার শুধু সময় নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। পরে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় নিজ নিজ একাডেমিক কাউন্সিলের সভা করে পরবর্তী প্রস্তুতি গ্রহণ করবে। তবে গুচ্ছে থাকা সাত কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরীক্ষা এর বাইরে আয়োজন করা হবে। এ পরীক্ষায় সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের যেকোনো সময় নির্ধারণ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।চলতি বছরের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে গুচ্ছ পদ্ধতিতে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা তিনটি ধাপে আয়োজন করা হবে। আগামী ৩, ১০ ও ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর এ পরীক্ষা আয়োজন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে উপাচার্য পরিষদ। তবে কোন তারিখে কোন বিভাগের (বিজ্ঞান, মানবিক ও ব্যবসায় শিক্ষা) পরীক্ষা হবে সেটি এখনো ঠিক করা হয়নি। গতকাল শুক্রবার রাজধানীতে অনুষ্ঠিত উপাচার্যদের এক সভায় এ সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
