But due to incorrect entry of student information from the educational institution, there is a complication in sending scholarship money. Students’ money is bounced back. In order to avoid this complication, six points have been given for the inclusion of the information of the scholarship students in the MIS software.

The directive, signed by Director General Professor Nehal Ahmed, said that two teachers should be given the responsibility to monitor whether the information entered by the scholarship students has been entered properly. Students will need to provide a print copy to verify the accuracy of the information entered online. Certification must be obtained from the responsible teachers and students that the information entered is correct.

Scholarship students who have not yet received the scholarship money will have to re-verify the information and take necessary corrective action. Scholarship students should take utmost care in entering bank-related information. The head of the institution will be responsible if the scholarship money is transferred to another account as a result of giving the wrong account number.
