So you can have any fresh fruit juice or some fruit cocktail in Iftar which will make you very strong. Avoid fried foods, as they can cause diarrhea or other stomach ailments in addition to gastric problems. So you can eat baked sandwiches, oats or yogurt. Moreover, there may be noodles cooked with a little oil or without oil. Dried fruits, dates, and nuts can be sources of energy. You must drink at least eight glasses of water from Iftar till Sahari, then there will be no dehydration in the body.

Dinner: Many people skip dinner iftar in excess, which is not healthy at all. If you do not eat at night, the chances of getting acidity increase a lot. As a result, the chest burns all day from fasting. So don’t skip dinner. If you want to eat less, you can eat something light. For example, a slice of brown bread and a boiled egg with a bowl of vegetable soup. After eating rice, you can eat the desired fish with an abundance of vegetables and salads. By eating such food, the weight is under control and there is no loss of health.
