All types of national university exams postponed

All examinations of the National University have been declared suspended. On Friday (January 20th), the director of the university’s public relations department, Md. This was stated in a press release signed by Ataur Rahman. The notification said all examinations of the national university have been postponed as per government instructions till further orders. The schedule for these tests will be notified later if the situation returns to normal.

Earlier in the morning, health minister Zahid Malek said educational institutions will remain closed for the next two weeks as the coronavirus situation in the country has deteriorated.

The minister said we started schools and colleges, economic activities as corona infection softened slightly. But now it seems that the rate of infection in schools and colleges is increasing. The students are coming to the hospital to seek treatment after falling ill. It’s dangerous. Meanwhile, a notification in this regard has been issued from the District and Field Administration Wing of the Cabinet Department on this day.

The notification further said that more than 100 people cannot be held at social/political/religious/state functions. Those who join these cases must get a vaccination certificate or PCR certificate within 24 hours.

Officials or employees in public/private offices, industries should receive vaccination certificates. The concerned authorities will bear the responsibility in this regard.

The health minister said the next decision to open or close educational institutions will be taken after two weeks considering the situation.
