Government Janata College is a government educational institution under Dumki Upazila of Patuakhali district of Bangladesh. Established in 1972, the college affiliated to the National University offers higher secondary certificates, degrees and some bachelor’s degree certificates.
History
The college was established in 1972 as a higher secondary college, a B.A. (pass) course in 1973 and a bachelor’s degree in 1992. On June 1, 1988, the college was first inducted into the MPO.
