Online TC application procedure. The Dhaka Board of Education has started accepting online applications for regular and irregular school change/clearance for students studying in class X in 2022. Applications can be submitted till September 30. Only those students who have not filled out the form to take part in the public examination can apply.
Online TC application procedure
First, go to the Dhaka Education Board website (www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd) and click on the e-TC button, fill out the TC application form and click on the Submit your Application button. After the application is submitted, the student will receive an SMS with a confidential security code on his mobile number and with this security code, the student will be able to enter his application later.
After submitting the application online, the student will get the Sonali service slip, print it out, and later deposit the TC fee of Tk. 800 through any Sonali service slip from any online branch of Sonali Bank. If the student submits the application correctly, the educational institution studying i.e. the first educational institution will receive an SMS. Then go to the website of the board of education and log in through OEMs and click on the transfer certificate option to see the TC application. The organization will then forward or reject the application.
After forwarding the first school/college application, the school/college applied for TC i.e. second school/college can log in through OEMM and click on the transfer certificate option to view the application. The institution will then forward or reject the application. The school/college that has applied for TC, i.e. the second school/college, will forward the TC application. There is no need to submit the gold service to the slip board. This will save the student.
The student can find out the status of his application by visiting the Dhaka Board’s website and clicking on the e-TC button to know the status of his application. Approval by the board will be considered after the application has been forwarded by the school/college applying for TC and the fee has been submitted by the student. If the TC application is approved, the student will get an SMA. Then it can be printed from the board’s website and admitted to the transferred institution.
