First go to the home of your page. There you will find an option to monetize.
If you go to the monetization option, you will get a list of all the pages you have. Now click on the page where you want to monetize the content.

You can see whether your page is worth monetizing here. If the page is worth monetizing then the green circle on the side will be enlarged and the text will be Congratulations! Your Page is ready to earn money.
If you have a slight problem with the page, the yellow circle next to it will be enlarged. Also, if your page is not ready for monetization in any way, the red mark next to it will be enlarged.
Then you have to go through some more steps. There you have to give different personal information. Some more information including name, address, and e-mail address. When the whole process is over, your page will be monetized by Facebook.
