SSC exam forms start filling in April. Form filling for this year’s SSC candidates will start next April. The Board of Education has fixed the probable date of commencement of filling up of SSC examination forms from April 13. This year’s SSC candidates do not have to sit for the test before filling out the form. However, after filling out the form, the students will be taken preparatory. The preparatory examination of SSC candidates is scheduled to start from May 19 in schools. The SSC examination of 2022 is scheduled to start on June 19. The education boards have already issued notices detailing the SSC exams.
The education boards have announced to evaluate four subjects in the 2022 SSC examination in subject mapping. Students in each department will be assessed by mapping subjects into three subjects. The subjects that will be mapped in SSC are religion and moral education, information, and communication technology, Bangladesh, and world identity and science. Bangladesh and the world and science are divided into sections.
The subjects to be examined in SSC are Bangla 1st and 2nd Paper, English 1st and 2nd Paper, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Advanced Mathematics, Biology, Accounting, Business Enterprise, Finance and Banking, History and World Civilization of Bangladesh, Geography and Environment, Politics and citizenship, economics, home science, and agricultural education. These subjects are divided into science, humanities, and business education departments. SSC examination time will be two hours. Only English first and English second papers will be tested at 50 marks. The rest will be examined at 45 marks in practical subjects and 55 marks in non-practical subjects.
Dhaka Board has published a short syllabus of SSC. The Department of Science, Business Education, and Humanities has published a short syllabus of a total of 25 exams for the 2022 exam. Bangla 1st Paper, Bangla 2nd Paper, English 1st Paper, English 2nd Paper, Mathematics, Chemistry, Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Economics, Politics, History, Geography and Environment, Accounting, Business Enterprise, Finance, and Banking, Agriculture Education, Home A short syllabus on Science, Arts and Crafts, Career Education, Physical Education, Health Sciences and Sports, Arabic, Sanskrit, Pali and Music has been published. However, the syllabus for ICT, Bangladesh and World Identity, Science, Islam, and Moral Education, Hinduism, Christianity, and Buddhism has not been published.
