SSC and HSC exams will be held in all subjects in 2023

SSC and HSC exams will be held in all subjects in 2023. Next year i.e. 2023 SSC and equivalent and HSC and equivalent examinations will be held in all subjects. In this case, the examinations will be held in all subjects according to the reorganized syllabus of 2022 prepared by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB), said the Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee. The head of all the institutions has been informed about the matter by sending a letter on behalf of the committee.

The letter was published by the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Education. The letter, signed by Prof Tapan Kumar Sarkar, chairman of the committee and chairman of the Dhaka Board of Education, further said that the full marks of the ICT examination at the SSC level would be 50 and 100 marks in 3 hours in each other subject. And at the HSC level, 100 marks will be held in 3 hours in each subject.

It has been mentioned in the letter that SSC and equivalent examinations of 2023 and HSC and equivalent examinations will be held in all subjects. However, in 2022 HSC and equivalent examinations will be taken in 2 hours and the number will be between 45-55 marks depending on the subject. Usually, 100 number test is taken in three hours. The education boards have said that this year’s HSC and equivalent examinations will be held from August 22.
