After being closed for two years, classes for pre-primary students will start from March 15. Their classes will run two days a week. Now the government is planning to start classes in full swing at the secondary level. A decision on the matter will be taken next week. Classes will begin in full swing at the secondary level this week. However, no instructions have been issued in this regard yet. As a result, students other than SSC-HSC candidates are not able to go to school every day. Ministry officials said a decision would be made next week.
In this regard, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Education Imamul Haque told the media, “It has not been decided yet to start classes in full swing for all the secondary students. Instructions in this regard will be known by next week. Earlier, it was announced that people above 12 years of age will be able to go to school if they are vaccinated with two doses. But as of Wednesday, 3 million students had not received the second dose of the vaccine.
Mausi Director General Professor Nehal Ahmed told the media, “There has to be a time difference between giving the second dose of vaccine after the first dose. Not everyone is going to be vaccinated quickly for this. Those who are getting vaccinated are taking regular classes. For those who are unable to attend classes, online and distance learning is available. ‘
