Secondary educational institutions will run on 20 instructions. Classes for secondary and higher secondary schools will begin from Tuesday this month. The students will participate in the classroom in person in accordance with hygiene. The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) has released a guideline on how educational institutions will run. On Sunday, the director-general of the department Prof Nehal Ahmed issued an order in this regard with 20 instructions. It said that in addition to guidelines for taking preparatory measures to implement the government’s decision to open educational institutions, 20 instructions will have to be followed in the educational institutions under its jurisdiction.

What is in the instructions –

1. All students of educational institutions who have received the 2nd dose of The Coded-19 vaccine can participate in the class activities in person;
2. To display banners or any other means the issues to be done in accordance with the hygiene measures announced by the government in connection with the Codeid-19 pandemic at the entrance of educational institutions and other places;
3. To arrange regular temperature measurements and monitoring of all teachers-employees-students-parents at the entrance of the educational institution through temperature measuring devices;
4. The authorities of the educational institutions will continue the learning-learning activities on the online/virtual platform in view of the situation;
5. The activities of the assignments distributed to the students will continue as usual;
6. The class routine of the students should be formulated according to the instructions sent earlier;
7. To make arrangements to use all entry/exit faces of the institution to avoid crowding of students. To try to arrange multiple entry/exit faces if there is only one entry/exit face; Arrange for 8.students to be welcomed into class activities in a joyful atmosphere on the first day of the opening of the institution;
8. On the first day of the opening of the institution, arrangements are made to provide educational and motivating briefings to the students on how to stay in the institution in accordance with hygiene and come from home;
9. keeping a room of the institution ready as an isolation room with first-aid arrangements;
10. To ensure proper cleaning of the rooms, balconies, stairs, roofs, and courtyards of all buildings of the establishment;
11. All the washrooms in the institute are regularly cleaned properly and adequate water arrangements are maintained.
12. Proper observance of the hygiene declared by the Government at the time of entry/stay/exit of teachers, students, employees, parents, and others in the institution;
13. ensure that all teachers, students, and employees of the institution and anyone else wear masks properly;
14. Adequate arrangements for washing hands by soap or handwash in the establishment

15. Proper adherence to hygiene in the seating of students in the classroom. In this case, to maintain a physical distance of 3 (three) feet of mutual;

16. To ensure proper cleaning of playgrounds, drains, and gardens in educational institutions and to ensure that there is no accumulation of water anywhere:
17. Calculate the number of teachers, students in the institutions.
18. To conduct class activities through joyful learning activities in accordance with the necessary hygiene;
19. To hold a meeting with the managing committee and parents of the organization and take necessary action in this regard.
