The Education Minister said that from February 22, classroom teaching will be introduced in secondary, higher secondary, and university level educational institutions.

Earlier, at a meeting of the National Technical Advisory Committee on Covid-19 held virtually at 10 pm on Wednesday (February 18), the Ministry of Education was advised to open all educational institutions. At the press conference, the education minister said that those who do not take the second dose will take classes online from home. Universities will arrange ticks under their own management. Elementary school classes may begin after a couple of weeks. However, physical classes are not starting in primary schools on the 22nd. Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni further said that arrangements are being made for vaccination for those below 12 years of age.
