The physical examination started on 7th February at Jahangirnagar University. Physical and theoretical examinations will start physically at Jahangirnagar University (JU) from February 8. However, the class will continue to run online until further notice. The information was given in a circular signed by the acting registrar of the university Rahima Kaniz on Sunday (January 30).

From February 8, all practical classes and exams (theoretical, practical, practice exams, and weekends) can be taken physically in accordance with the appropriate hygiene rules. The departments will take necessary action. It further states that the class will continue to run online until further notice. Oral exams can be taken online if required. Earlier, on January 21, the university authorities announced a physical suspension of examinations from January 21 to February 6 in response to a directive from the Cabinet Division to close educational institutions.
