Dental admission About 50,000 students have applied. In 2021-22, about 50,000 students have applied for admission in public and private dental colleges and dental units of the country. The admission application will end on March 30. The matter has been confirmed by the Director of the Department of Health Education (Medical Education) Prof. AKM Ahsan Habib. He said 43,543 students had applied for admission till Wednesday afternoon.

Application for admission in BDS started from last 20th March. Applications can be submitted by 11:59 pm on March 30. The application fee can be submitted by 11:59 pm on 31st March. Admission tickets can be collected from 18 to 19 April. The admission test will be held on 22nd April. Students who have passed both SSC and equivalent examinations in the three years prior to passing HSC and HSC or equivalent examinations in 2020 and 2021 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology will be able to apply for admission. Must have GPA 3.5 in Biology in HSC or equivalent examination.

There will be 1-hour admission test for 100 MCQ questions of 100 marks. Physics 20, Chemistry 25, Biology 30, English 15, and General Knowledge, History of Bangladesh, and Liberation War will be the number 10 MCQ exam. All Tribal (Plain and Hill District) SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations must have a total GPA of 8. However, if the GPA is less than 3.5 in any single test, it cannot be applied.
