XI’s second phase application for admission starts today. The application for the second phase of admission to class XI will start on Monday. The application process will start in the morning and will continue till 12 pm the next day (January 10). The result of this step application will be published on January 12. Education Board officials said that the application for the second phase of admission to higher secondary will continue from Monday to January 10. The results of this phase will be published on January 12 at 8 pm. The confirmation will run from January 13 to 14.
The application for the third phase has been fixed on January 16 and the results will be published on January 18. This phase is scheduled from January 19 to 20. Those who will be selected for admission will have to be admitted between January 22 and 26. Classes will begin on February 2.
Earlier on December 31, the results of the first phase of admission to class XI were published. In this phase, a total of 13 lacks 57 thousand 646 students applied for admission. They have given more than 70 lakh 20 thousand seats ‘choice’ in different colleges. In the first phase, 12 lacks 78 thousand 114 students have been nominated for college admission.
Of these, the application of 17 people was not accepted. As a result, 79 thousand 532 people did not get the college even after applying. This year, 17 lack 62 thousand 502 students passed the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations. Of these, 4 lack 4 thousand 856 students did not apply. The total number of applications this year was 74 lakh 20 thousand 848 through giving choices in different colleges.
Many students study in medical assistance, nursing, midwifery, medical technologists, agriculture, and technician departments. Every year, many students are leaving the country. However, a total of 14-15 lakh students can apply for college admission with the application of the next second and third phases.
This year, 2 lacks 69 thousand 981 students got a GPA of 5 in the SSC examination. Of these, 23 thousand 231 people could not confirm college admission despite applying. The number of students with a GPA 5 of in Dhaka Board alone is 65,093. Of these, 57 thousand 286 people applied for online admission. Despite applying, 6,662 GPA-5 students could not confirm admission to the college.
