The primary scholarship test was held on December 30. After 13 long years, the fifth-grade students of the government primary school sat separately in the scholarship examination. The exam was held at various centers across the country. More than 5 00,000 students took part in it.
In 2020 and 2021, due to the Covid-19 situation, it was not possible to give primary scholarships as there was no primary education closing examination. The preliminary examination has been canceled. Therefore, on November 28 last year, an inter-ministerial meeting held at the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education decided to take the primary scholarship test.
