Applications for the recruitment of 68,390 teachers in private educational institutions are being accepted. For the application, according to the type of concerned subject, post, and institution, the registration holder should be included in the combined merit list published by NTRCA, the post should be educational qualification according to the latest manpower structure and MPO policy of the concerned educational institution. Candidates can apply from the NTRCA website and Teletalk’s website. Candidates have been given the opportunity to choose 40 institutions in one application.
There is no scope for the transfer of teachers from private educational institutions. The organization in which you will be appointed has to work in that organization for a long time. Therefore, before applying to become a private teacher, candidates should take some things into consideration.
Among schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical and business management institutions, the types of institutions for which the candidates are registered and feel more comfortable working in should be placed in the choice list. At the time of application, a candidate can put his area or nearby institutions at the front of the choice list. It is good for the candidate to know the condition of the institution, the work environment, the number of students, financial well-being and the facilities of the teachers. Especially the number of students should be investigated. NTRCA itself has advised candidates to be careful in this regard.
The MPO of those institutions which do not have the desired students against the respective vacancies can be canceled later or in the future, so the mpo affiliated institutions received from various private educational institutions that do not have the desired number of students against the vacant posts can not be recommended later or in the future.
In the application of registered candidates, according to their merit list, priority should be given to themselves or surrounding areas, police stations, districts, and departments, so that the job is guaranteed within 40 applications. The institution to which you will apply will have to find out whether there are necessary students for MPO in that institution. Only those organizations for which they are eligible for the registration certificate will have to apply thoughtfully. Because even if you get the appointment recommendation by applying to an organization outside the qualification, there will be no MPO or salary. Candidates have to collect information by calling the head of the organization. However, most of the time the exact information is not available. For the benefit of general candidates, NTRCA should release the student number information for the candidates.
The recommended candidates say that after applying to the institutions around their area, if they want to apply to a distant institution, they should know about that institution and area. There should be information about how the transportation facilities are, what is the arrangement of accommodation and food, how much cost and time it will take to go to your loved ones on vacation or if necessary.
And the issue of salary should also be taken into consideration. Mpo teachers in the country are paid as per the national pay scale like government employees. The national pay scale was last formed in 2015. Mpo-affiliated school and madrasa teachers get a salary in the 10th grade at the entry level if they are BEd. If you don’t have a B.Ed, you get it in grade 11. On the other hand, the lecturers of the college get a salary in 9th grade. No teachers were given Tk 1,000 as house rent and Tk 500 as medical allowance.
10 percent of the basic salary is deducted for retirement benefits and teacher welfare trusts. Teachers have been getting a 5 percent increment since 2018.Mpo assistant teachers initially get a salary of Tk 12,750. And the lecturers get Tk 21,300. MPO teachers do not get pension benefits. There is a provision to get about 100 times the last basic salary from the Welfare and Retirement Fund if you retire after serving for 25 or more years on a regular basis. Apart from these government facilities, getting other facilities depends on the rules of the organization.
