Registration process: (to be done only once).
First, you need to access the www.eticket.railway.gov.bd website.
Click on the “Registration” button at the bottom of the website.
There will be a new page called “Create an Account”.

Here, the corresponding cells of “Personal Information” were filled in with the necessary information: the security code should be filled in with the “Security Code” displayed next to the cell and click on the Register button.

If all the information is correct, a new page called “Registration Successful” will appear.

An e-mail from the e-ticketing system will be sent immediately from the e-mail address given to you by Bangladesh Railway.
You need to open the e-mail provided by Bangladesh Railway in the message box of your e-mail.

Click on the “Click” link stored inside the message. After this process, the registration process of the passenger will be completed.

The Train Ticket purchase process:

First, you need to access the www.eticket.railway.gov.bd website.
The “Log in” panel would fill in the e-mail address, password, and security code: click on the “Log in” button.
Then click on the “Purchase ticket” button on the page that comes up.

On the page that will come here, you need to fill in the desired travel date, starting station, destination station, train name, class, ticket number as it is. On the next page, the “Registration Seat Available” will provide the intended ticket and its value. If you have a ticket, click on the “Purchase ticket” button.
The ticket value will be deducted from the money deposited by the passenger through a credit card, cash card or BRAC Bank account and the ticket is confirmed by sending the e-ticket to the passenger’s e-mail.

Take a print of the ticket sent from the e-mail message box and provide the “Ticket Print Information” provided by the e-ticket along with photo ID and collect the printed ticket before the journey from the concerned source station.
