Admit cards of SSC candidates will be distributed from the board in an exchange meeting with the central secretaries on November 1 and 2. And on November 3, teachers will have to distribute admission cards to all educational institutions. On Sunday (October 24), a letter was sent from the Dhaka Board informing all the central secretaries about the matter.
The board says that the admission papers for the SSC examination will be distributed from the second branch of the board on November 1 and 2. Admit cards will be distributed to the central secretaries of Dhaka Metropolitan, Dhaka district, Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Munshiganj districts on November 1 and to the central secretaries of Narsingdi, Faridpur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Tangail, Manikganj, and Kishoreganj districts. The Board further said that the Central Secretary himself or any of his authorized teachers (with attested signature) would collect the admission forms from the Board during office hours on the appointed day. No one other than the teacher can be given the power to accept admission. The Central Secretaries will distribute the admission cards of the educational institutions under his Center on November 3.

The letter further said that if there is any mistake in the admission form, the head of the institution has been asked to apply to the sub-examination controller of the secondary branch of the board between November 4 and November 11 with the details of the mistake. The Dhaka Board has also said that the heads of the institutions will be responsible if there is any complication in the examination if the admission card is not amended. Meanwhile, another order issued by the board said that an exchange meeting of the board with the central secretaries will be held on November 1 and 2. The meeting will be held on the 7th floor of the board’s building No. 4 at 11 am on these two days.
