On Tuesday (March 8), the Islamic Foundation released the schedule of Sehri and Iftar to the media.

On March 5, the Islamic Foundation finalized the schedule for sehri and iftar in the month of Ramadan in 1443 Hijri. the schedule has been published at www.islamicfoundation.gov.bd on the foundation’s website.

According to the schedule, the last time of Sehri in Dhaka during the first Ramadan on April 3 is 4:27 am and iftari time is 6:19 pm.

However, according to the distance, people from different parts of the country will do Sehri and Iftar by adding a maximum of 11 minutes to Dhaka’s time and subtracting up to 10 minutes, according to the Islamic Foundation.

According to the Islamic Foundation, sahri’s last time was carefully captured 3 minutes before Subahe Sadiq and was kept 3 minutes after Subahe Sadiq at the start of fajr waqt. Therefore, the azaan should be given 6 minutes after the precautionary end time of sahari. Apart from this, the iftar time has been fixed by increasing the time of iftar by three minutes in a precautionary manner after sunset.
