PM to disclose a new list of MPO institutions today
The salary and discipline of the teaching staff will be effective as per the manpower structure of the private educational institutions (schools and colleges) and the MPO Policy-2021. The qualification or experience of the teachers and employees of the concerned institution will be applicable as per the rules and regulations at the time of appointment and the relevant circular.
The teachers and employees appointed statutorily will get the opportunity to enroll in the MPO before the commencement of teacher registration. The registration certificate must be applicable for mpo enrolment of teachers appointed later.
If the institution considered for MPO entry fails to maintain the desired qualifications as per the policy, the MPO of that organization will be suspended. Later, if the desired qualification is achieved, the release of the suspended MPO will be considered.
If any of the information on the basis of which the educational institution has been included in the MPO is found to be incorrect or false, legal action will be taken against the concerned persons of the institution providing the information, including the cancellation of the MPO. Educational institutions will be effective from the date of issuance of the order of MPO.
