Students who have completed the online course and filled the application form by participating in the in-course examination for the Honors 2nd year examination of 2020 will be promoted to the 3rd year considering the global epidemic Covid-19 situation.
Irregular students of 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2015-16 academic years who were not “promoted in 3rd year”. This rule will also apply to those who have filled the form for participation in the Honors 2nd year examination of 2020.
Regular students of 2018-19 academic year and irregular students of 2017-18, 2016-17 and 2015-16 academic years who have completed the course according to online or face-to-face 2nd-year syllabus.
Completed all the in-course examinations of 2nd year and whose in-course number has been sent to the university by the college.
Filled the form to participate in the National University’s 2020 Honors 2nd Year Examination.

• If epidemic covid-19 situation improves, written and practical examination will be held as usual. Participate in written and practical exams as per examination regulations and get D or more in at least 3 theoretical courses. Failure to be promoted as per the Promotion Policy will result in the cancellation of this Conditional Promotion.
• All the students are willing to accept this Conditional Promotion by accepting the above mentioned conditions and signing the undertaking (copy attached) prescribed by the University and submit the scanned copy by hand or by email to the concerned college (there is no need to send to the University).
• The Principal of the concerned college has submitted the affidavits of all the examinees and filled the attached (copy attached) certificate through post / courier service by May 13/2021. , Gazipur-1804.
If the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, the conditionally promoted candidates can start on-line classes in the 3rd year with conditional promotion. In this case, according to the rules, they can be admitted in the 3rd year conditionally.
This provision will not be applicable for the students who have been promoted in the 3rd year but will participate in the Honors 2nd year grade development examination in 2020.
This provision shall be deemed to be effective subject to the approval of the Academic Council and Syndicate of the National University.
