Marine Fisheries Academy Admission Circular 2023 মেরিন ফিশারিজ একাডেমি ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তি The application process for cadet admission in the 4-year BSc (Honors) in Marine Fisheries Course in the 44th batch of the academic year 2022-23 has started at the Marine Fisheries Academy under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University. The applicant must be unmarried. The application deadline is December 26.
Educational Qualification
Minimum GPA-3.5 or equivalent in secondary (science) or ‘O’ level (science) or equivalent examination. Minimum GPA-3.5 or equivalent in Higher Secondary (Science) or ‘A’ Level (Science) or equivalent examination. Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in biology and mathematics. Higher Secondary or equivalent examination should have a GPA-3.00 in English.
Physical Fitness
Age should be not more than 21 years on the date of notification published for admission (date of birth is maximum: 2002-12-26). For men, the height will be at least 162.5 cm and for women the height will be 155 cm. The weight of the candidate will not be more than the specified weight as per the body mass index. Written Exam Rules
The test will be held on multiple choice (MCQ) questions of 100 marks. No marks of the examinee will be deducted for giving wrong answers to the question. Written test marks: English and General Knowledge (both 10) 20, Mathematics 20, Physics 20, Chemistry 20, Biology 20.
