The admission test for the 2021-2022 academic year was held at seven centers in the capital Dhaka on Friday (26th August 2022) at 10 am.

Dhaka University Computer Science and Engineering Department Chairman Prof. According to the information given by Md. Mostafizur Rahman, 95,622 applications have been received to take part in the admission test of seven colleges this year. Of these, 41,094 students have applied for the science unit, 23,600 for the commerce unit and 30,626 for the arts and social sciences unit.

The total number of seats in the departments of the trade unit is 5,310. The total number of seats in Dhaka College is 600, Eden Women’s College has 1055 seats, Government Titumir College has 1465 seats, Government Shaheed Suhrawardy College has 400 seats, Kabi Nazrul Government College has 600 seats, Begum Badrunnesa Government Women’s College has 130 seats. The number of seats in Bangla College is 960.

The seven colleges are Dhaka College, Eden Women’s College, Shaheed Suhrawardy College, Government Poet Nazrul College, Begum Badrunnesa Government Women’s College, Mirpur Bangla College and Government Titumir College.
