Comilla University (CUB) has completed the admission test for the first year of graduation (honors) of the academic year 2020-21. The results of this year’s three units will be released together next Tuesday (November 12).
The matter was confirmed on Saturday (November 9) by the university’s registrar (additional responsibilities) and member secretary of the central committee for admission tests.
This year’s admission test of the university ends with the admission test of the ‘C’ unit from 10 am to 11 am on Saturday. About 60 percent of the applicants took part in it.

Earlier, on Friday (November 8), the admission test for Unit A ended from 10 am to 11 pm and for Unit B from 3 pm to 4 pm. Among the applicants, about 75 percent in A unit and about 62 per cent in B unit took part.
In this academic year, 26,985 people for admission in ‘A’ unit (Faculty of Science and Engineering) in 6 departments for a total of 350 seats, in ‘B’ unit (Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Law) 26,295 people for 450 seats in 8 departments and ‘C’ In the unit (Faculty of Business Education) 12,606 students applied for 240 seats in 4 departments. A total of 16,434 students were present in Unit A, 20,304 students in Unit B, and 6,989 students in Unit C.
In this regard, the Registrar of the University (additional responsibilities) and the Member Secretary of the Central Committee of the Admission Test, Prof. Md. Abu Taher told Bangla news that the admission test of the first year of graduation has been completed smoothly without any untoward incident.
