আজ থাকছে বুয়েটে “অর্থনীতি ” বিষয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের
মাস্টার্স করার সার্বিক প্রস্তুতিঃ
প্রথমে বলি অর্থনীতি বিষয়ে বুয়েটে মাস্টার্স নেই তবে অর্থনীতিতে অনার্স করা শিক্ষার্থীরা বুয়েটে বেশ কয়েকটি বিষয়ে মাস্টার্স পড়তে পারবেন।
১.নগর ও আঞ্চলিক পরিকল্পনা Urban and Regional plannig এ মাস্টার্স করতে পারবেন।
Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) করার যোগ্যতাঃ-
For admission to the courses leading to a Master’s degree
(M. Sc.) an applicant:
a) must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 5.00 or a first division or equivalent in any one of S.S.C.
and H.S.C. or in equivalent examinations and must not have a GPA less than 2.00 out of 5.00 or a
third division or equivalent in any of the aforementioned examinations.
b) must have at least 50% marks or a minimum GPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent in four years
B.A./ B.S./ B. Sc. (Hons.)/ B. Sc. Engg./ B. Tech./ M.A. or M. Sc. or MSS/ B. Arch./ BURP in the
relevant branch.
c) For admission to the courses leading to the degree of MURP, an applicant must have either a
Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning/ Architecture/ Engineering/ Agricultural Economics or a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/ Public
Administration/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Geography/ Economics or its equivalent from any
recognized institution.
OR
Master’s degree with Honours in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/ Public Administration/ Sociology/
Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Geography/ Economics or its equivalent from any recognized
institution. An applicant not having an Honours degree should have a first class in the Master’s
degree
ভর্তি পরীক্ষাঃ-
১.প্রাথমিক ভাইভা (প্রাথমিক বাছাই যদি লিখিত আকারে হয় তবে সার্কুলার দেয়ার পর সিলেবাস জানাবে)
২.চুড়ান্ত ভাইভা
এবছর শুধু ভাইভা হয়েছে!
ভাইভার জন্য কি পড়বেনঃ-
নগর ও আঞ্চলিক পরিকল্পনা বিভাগের ওয়েব সাইটে গিয়ে তাদের গবেষণাপত্র গুলো দেখুন সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে পড়াশুনা করুন।
নিজের পঠিত বিষয়ে ব্যাসিক ভাল রাখতে হবে।
নগর ও আঞ্চলিক পরিকল্পনা বিষয় সম্পর্কে জানুন।
২.Water Resources Development এ পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েশন ডিপ্লোমা করতে পারবেন।
Admission Requirements for Postgraduate Diploma
For admission to the courses leading to a Postgraduate Diploma (WRD), an applicant:
a) must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 5.00 or a first division or equivalent in any one of S.S.C.
and H.S.C. or in equivalent examinations and must not have a GPA less than 2.00 out of 5.00 or a
third division or equivalent in any of the aforementioned examinations.
b) must have at least 50% marks or a minimum GPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent in B. Sc.
Engg./ B. Sc. Ag./ B. Sc. Econ. or B. Sc./ BSS degree/ M.A. or M. Sc. or MSS degree/ BURP degree
in the relevant branch.
c) Specific requirements for different departments and institutes are spelt out in the following sections:
For admission to the courses leading to the award of the Postgraduate Diploma (WRD), an applicant
must have either a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Agriculture/ Physical Science/
Biological Science/ Economics/ Agricultural Economics or an equivalent degree from any recognized
institution. An applicant not having a four-year Bachelor’s degree must have a Master’s degree with
honours
