A possible list of students will be published on the board’s website on August 11. The online form will be filled by August 31. At the same time, Alim candidates will have to submit the form filing fee through Sonali Bank and various mobile financial services by August 30. Alim’s test will not be held this time.
On Wednesday (August 4), the Madrasa Education Board issued a notification to fill up the forms of the Alim candidates.
The board says that Alim candidates have to fill the form and submit the fee online at home in compliance with proper hygiene rules. Under no circumstances should the examinee or his / her guardian be asked to come to the educational institution in person. If necessary, the students have to inform about filling the form by calling on mobile.

The board further said that the selection test of Alim candidates will not be held. No fee can be collected in this regard. Only validly registered students can fill up the Alim exam form. Regular, Irregular, Partial subjects, Fail only compulsory subjects, Private Examiners, GPA Development Examiners all need to fill up the form.
According to the board, the list of potential Alim candidates will be published on the board’s website on August 11. Alim candidates will be able to fill up the form online from 12 August to 25 August. Students will have to submit the fee by August 30 after receiving the SMS to fill the form.
According to the notification, the examinee or his / her guardian will pay the board fee, center fee and the dues of the institution at home through the online payment system of Sonali Bank this year. Detailed payment process guidelines will be provided on the Board’s website. Students can pay by developing Sonali Bank or Mobile Financial Services, in cash, Rocket, Sure Cash or any other way.
Alim examination fee of Tk.100 per letter from students, Tk.5 per letter for practical fee, Tk.50 per letter for academic transcript, Tk.100 per student for original certificate, Tk.15 for Boy Scout and Girl Guide fee and National Education Week fee 5 rupees has been fixed for each candidate.
In case of irregular candidates, the form has to be filled with a retention fee of Tk. 100. Besides, a fee of Tk 100 has also been fixed for GPA development and private candidates. Irregular candidates will have to pay a certificate fee of Tk.
Candidates will have to pay a fee of Tk. 300 per candidate for Alim examination center fee and Tk. 5 per letter for management of practical examination.
